Refund Policy

Overview

Flurb provides AI-powered image generation services using a credit-based system. Due to the nature of digital services and the costs associated with AI processing, our refund policy is limited. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

When Refunds Are Available

Refunds are only available in the following circumstance:

Technical Failure: If our website completely fails to produce any images when you request them due to a technical issue on our end, you may be eligible for a refund of the credits used for that specific failed generation.

To request a refund for a technical failure, please contact us at support@flurb.io within 7 days of the incident, including details of the failed generation attempt.

When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Unused Credits: No refunds will be made for unused credits, whether purchased as one-time packages or through subscription plans.
  • Unsatisfactory Results: AI-generated images may not always meet your expectations. Refunds are not available because you are dissatisfied with the quality, style, or content of generated images.
  • Content Policy Violations: If your generation fails because your input content was rejected by our AI providers due to content policy violations, no refund will be issued.
  • Service Downtime: Credits will not be refunded or extended due to scheduled or unscheduled service outages, maintenance, or website downtime.
  • Account Termination: If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you forfeit any remaining credits.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available simply because you no longer wish to use the service.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have a subscription:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to subscription benefits and credits until the end of the paid period
  • No partial refunds are given for the remaining time in a billing period
  • Unused subscription credits may continue to be usable according to their rollover terms

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy:

  1. Email us at support@flurb.io
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Describe the technical issue you experienced
  4. Provide the approximate date and time of the failed generation
  5. Include any error messages you received (screenshots are helpful)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Credit Restoration

In some cases, rather than issuing a monetary refund, we may offer to restore the credits used for a failed generation to your account. This allows you to attempt the generation again once any technical issues have been resolved.
