• Credit Purchases (one-time): Images are retained for 30 days from the date of generation
• Active Subscribers: Images are retained indefinitely while your subscription remains active
• Cancelled Subscriptions: Images are retained for 7 days after your subscription ends, then automatically deleted

Free users do not have gallery access; generated images are delivered directly and not stored on our servers.

Account information and transaction records are retained as long as your account is active and as required for legal and business purposes.

5. Third-Party AI Model Providers

To generate images, we transmit your uploaded content and text inputs to third-party AI model providers. Important:

• We are not responsible for the data usage and retention policies of these third-party model providers
• These providers may use your content for model training or other purposes according to their own privacy policies
• We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of major AI providers if you have concerns about how your data may be used
